So, the big announcement has been made.  The sun will soon shine down on a solar array atop our very own Gosman Athletic and Convocation Center.  That’s right, we’re getting solar panels–and a lot of them at that.  The entire southwest and southeast facing sides of the Gosman roof will be covered in solar photovoltaic panels.  It adds up to 277 kW, which is between 1/6 and 1/4 of a utility-scale wind turbine.  For New England, this is a large solar project.  With Gosman being a very energy-hungr
